I have a bank key card and I have discovered that I can not use it to purchase things over paypal.

I have read though if I use Netbank I can use that to purchase things over paypal but I am not sure how and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out by telling me how to do it.

If you have a Credit Card you can add that to your paypal account to pay.

Yeah but I am not old enough to have a credit card, I just have a bank cash card which doesnt have a CSC so I cant fill in all the info.

You can make your paypal account so that it takes funds from your actual bank account via 'net banking or something like that. You nominate the funds to be transferred and have to wait I think 2 days and it's available for use.

If your not old enough to have a credit card, how are you old enough to have a paypal account?

I didnt realise you have to be a certain age, I have gone to register on it a couple times but it kind of screwed up but none of those times did they ask for age.

Paypal doesn't have an age limit I don't think, it's the same as a bank account. Anyone can simply register for it.

Paypal terms clearly states you must be 18 years or older, although its not my problem; I'd be very careful, because I've seen alot of friends who are younger than me get caught, and parents we're held reliable.
