I have 25 posts and can not see the Multimedia Section. Is it just because I just got 25 and I have to wait? Thank you in advance!

what about the bank thingy i got 4,383.91 points if i put it in the bank i cant take it out? or it cost point to take it out? im rweally confussed on the bank thingy sorry

If you want to deposit money, it doesn't cost anything and yes you can take it out whenever you please.

If you want to deposit money, click banking, make sure it's on checking to saving, and type in the amount and you want to deposit. Now if you want to withdraw the money, click banking and make sure its on saving to checking, type in the amount and it'll deposit. Hope that helped.
