I'm still not clear about the credits (banking or otherwise) -- why was my number over $100 last week and less than $ 50 now? I didn't bet or bank or anything like that.

You're E-Fed staff, so you can have a sig and a gif in your avatar. The gif limit for avatars is only 120KB.
