So why is my sig not showing up?

When I go into my profile>edit signature... it shows the picture there but when I post, It's not showing up underneath the message.

Something I am missing here?

When I put stuff in quotes, I click post reply, and it says I need to lengthen my reply to at least 5 characters, and I have a ton of words. Why does it do thisÉ
