Since the eStore was removed, you can no longer change your usertitle as a free member.

Forward the PM to a Super Mod or an Admin. If Admins have the power to read PM's again then they would be the primary choice imo. But ya, any smod or admin is fine.

I'm sure the VS Admins can from the VS office but don't bother sending the PM to them. Myself, Rajah or any of the Super Mods will be able to handle it quicker.
