Is there anyway to see old reps that fall off the User CP after you get newer reps.

Like every rep you've ever received.

No, only Super Moderators can. (Depends what vBulletin version you're running).

But I believe there is a 'Add-on', that allows users to see rep that they've received. But VS restrain from installing add-ons.

Click donate under your PM box. Then enter the amount in the amount box and the user under the recipient box.
