I'll get right to the point. How about a spoiler section under the WWE section of WE Forums.
This would stop people posting spoilers without warning other members. If someone choice to go into the spoiler section then they would know that results would be spoiled. There would be no complaints anymore of "you ruined smackdown for me" and stuff like that
Or just ban people who don't post spoiler warnings. That sounds better to me.
-Also, closed topics should be deleted completely. Something like "**** wins the title(spoiler)" Is obviously something that would get closed, but it wouldn't prevent anyone from seeing the spoiler.
Is it really that big a deal? New people are going to post spoilers in sections evan if it's not suppose to be in there. I mean spoilers are what this forum is mostly about(apart from the non-wrestling section). If it's not a spoiler posted its usaly a "Hate cena" or "What is your favorite..." thread.
No one really started getting "mad" til everyone said edge won the belt before Raw came on. I mean what do you expect.
It would really just cut down on the number of people that have shows spoiled for them. Most people dont read the rules so they wouldnt no. If it was a section in itself then most people would realise to post spoilers in there
Seriously, people should be using the spoiler tags ([spoiler*]Text here[/spoiler*], for those who didn't know, sans *s). People should also not be putting spoilers in the thread titles. The wrestling mods can edit titles to remove spoilers.
If people don't use the tags, they could at least put a spoiler warning in the thread title (without then saying exactly what it is).
Simply by going to wrestling sites online, however, you should prepare yourself for seeing spoilers. It's the nature of the beast, unfortunately.
I here what your saying. Its just the fact that a lot of people dont bother with putting spoiler warnings in there thread titles. I cant remember the last time i saw someone use the spoiler tags in a serious nature
No one would use the stickied thread. Remember the Draft? That was a disaster.
Like Flash said, its as easy as using the spoiler tags, or even white text. Dont put the spoiler in the title and use either the tags or white text and theres no problem.

Spoilers will never be stopped, and banning people over it is trivial. Unless someone went around intentionally spoiling it for everyone, there's nothing to worry about. Being online is a spoiler to anything you do. It is a risk in itself.
Wonderful ideas. I hope it gets done so some people don't spoil it for the rest of us.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
