I'm about to start to work out..
But i don't know what equipments to use for a body part. I also don't know what body parts to work on. I also don't know how to lift properly (tricep lift and stuff), i don't wanna look stupid in front of the people there.
Also, will treadmill lose my belly fat and chest fat? I'm not really fat, but i have a curve (belly), it's just small but it's quite visible. My chest though needs work. I'm not fat, but it seems like i have man boobs even though i don't. It's just that my whole front body seems elevated. Help?
