I know he could just be keeping his options open but I really don't see what there is at Chelsea for him, he's already their greatest ever manager, to go back there from Real would be a big step down. United is a club of at least similar status to Real Madrid, if not quite as big.
At least you're not a bias United fan, which I respect because I agree, Mourinho > Ferguson.

As for the not returning to Chelsea because there's nothing left for him here anymore? If he wins the CL with Madrid this season, he'll look back on the clubs he's managed, and consider him NOT winning the CL with Chelsea a black mark and return here and finish some unfinished business! I'm just saying this is a possibility, not what's going to happen. If I'm going to be realistic.. I can see him spending AT LEAST another season at Madrid!

How embarrassing

Anyway, I'd pick Fergie. It'll be hard to imagine football without him in all honesty.

Mou > Fergie? What? At spending shitloads of money and never rebuilding teams? Yes, I think so.

Re: Your favourite football (soccer) personality?

There is no bigger challenge in football than being the man to replace Alex Ferguson. And Mourinho would not miss the opportunity to be that man.

Pep Guardiola. Easy.
