Re: Best stadium atmosphere?
Like I said, only seen bits of it. They were pretty dire at OT back in 2008, but it does seem the GB have improved their support home and away. Think I saw one match at Hibernian and another at Aberdeen where they were very impressive vocally. Can't fault their numbers in Europe either.
Don't think any British support can be compared to Europe though, at least on a consistent basis.
Nowhere in Britain, for various reasons the atmospheres in our stadiums aren't great anymore.
South American and Eastern Europeans are the best.

Yeah the green brigade have really improved our support over the last couple of years.

The Old Firm fans scrambling for relevance as usual, Celtic park is electric on a Champions League night but the atmosphere for an SPL game is pretty dire, same with Ibrox. They have nothing on your average Bundesliga team nevermind the likes of Dortmund or Schalke. The atmosphere in countries like Turkey is great as well. Went to Eskisehirspor to see St Johnstone(yeah, one of those diddy Scottish teams with a 6,000 seater(11,000 actually) stadium), in the Europa League last year. They had their own "band" and pretty much stood up singing the whole game. The fans were surprisingly friendly too.
