Re: Favorite sports moment

I have a few.

Ray Houghton goal against Italy at USA '94, and the piss-up that followed the win.

And Solskjaer has won it! United Euro Cup win in 1999. The surreal joy I felt as Schmeichel did his cartwheel flip has never really been matched and probably never will.

United thrashing Galatasaray 4-0 at Old Trafford in the CL, after many ding dong games between us which all ended in draws. I fucking hated that team and we finally put them to the sword.

Usain Bolt's 100m final run at the Beijing Olympics.

Re: Favorite sports moment

- FA Cup 1997 - First trophy I saw my club win.

- Tottenham 1-6 Chelsea (1997-98 league game) - Suck it, Spurs. Suck it.

- Gianluca Vialli becomes Chelsea manager. He was my favourite player (I favoured him to even Zola when I was a kid), so not really understanding what a manager really did at the time, I thought this was cool. He was successful for us too, so there was no need to look back and face palm.

- Cup Winners' Cup 1998 - Didn't really expect to win this trophy, so it was awesome when we did

- Chelsea 5-0 Man Utd (1999-00 league game) - School was a lot of fun the next day. It always felt like an achievement to beat United back then.

- Knocking Arsenal out of the Champions League quarter finals in 2004. Had been such a while since we beat them. This was a great feeling.

- Carling Cup 2005 - Had been a while since we won something. The start of a new era for us.

- Champions League 2005 campaign. Thought we were the best in Europe that season. Knocking out Barca in that crazy high scoring game. ROBBED by a GHOST GOAL in the semis. A GHOST GOAL!

- Premier League 2005 - Have you ever seen Chelsea win the Premier League? Yeah baby!

- FA Cup 2007 - Winning the first FA Cup at the new Wembley. A doubly nice feeling since it was over United who just took our league crown.

- Finally beating Liverpool in the Champions League semi final in 2008. After all the crap we went through with them, it was about time.

- 2009-10 Season - Just smashing records on our way to winning the Premier League and FA Cup double.

- 2011-12 Champions League - Our worst team finally wins what we had been chasing for years, when we had great teams that could not win it. Irony.

Few of my favourites:

Liverpool fans singing at half time of Champions League final and Liv'pool eventually winning it.

Inter Milan winning Champions League final in 2010.

I accept Hayley Williams rep.
