Im not too excited about the Celtics signing him, because that means the end of Posey. James Posey was a critical piece in that championship run especially during the Finals, he was knocking down big baskets and plays good defense. Maggette might be the better athlete but Posey has proven himself as valuable commodity off the bench and a better fit. Corey Maggette would be a amazing fit for my Spurs. He's quick, athletic and a sharp shooter. Corey would add another element to the Spurs that no one has seen from them before. Me Like. Would put us right back in the mix.

I would not AT ALL say Corey is "almost guaranteed" to leave the Clips though. If the Clips re-sign Brand to play with Davis... well...... I can see that being the new "Big 3".

As for Posey... I here the Hornets are intrested in him......

Brand just signed with the 76ers for 5 years and about 80 mil or so. All I have to say is that I feel sorry for Baron Davis. He is now stuck in L.A when Brand promised that he would stay with him.

Davis shouldn't have signed with the Clippers before Brand did. At least then he might have had an option to go back to Golden State. Now unless he wants to take a lot less money he's stuck with the Clippers.

They also overpaid for Turiaf, Warriors offered him a 4 year contract/17 million. Lakers have 7 days to match, but I really doubt they do.

Shit, if they are overpaying these two, I wonder how much they will pay me to help there team get back to the playoffs. Hopefully somewhere in the ball park of, well 1 mil would be a good start.

^^ Wow the Lakers shouldn't even bother trying to get him back that is way to much for a guy of his skill. I do hope the Lakers get Sasha back and maybe a small chance of getting Posey they just need someone to be their 6th man since Luke Walton isn't consistent.
