Arsenal look at everyone, they have quite a broad range of scouts who travel all over the world, which is part of the reason so many unknown players have become stars at Arsenal, ie; Fabregas, Clichy, Toure, Flamini and the like. That being said, Wenger doesn't like going out and splashing a big lump sum on one established player, mostly out of fear that it will disconcert Arsenal's team play. He's not a fan of individuals, and that's why I don't think Arsenal will get David Villa.

We have been linked with, so far, Marcelo (Brazillian striker, plays for another contry rather than Brazil though), Quaresma, Villa, Silva, Valencia, Bosingwa, Luis Garcia (), Degen (he's all but signed), Abidal, Rodriguez, Giovani, Barry, Maik Taylor, Bentley, Aaron Ramsay and Jefferson Farfan.

Some of those would be good, I just pray we sign the right ones, I'm apprehensive about Degen already, apparently he's slow as fuck. Not what we need at full back at all.

According to Goal.com, Rino Gattuso has accepted a big-money contract offer from Bayern Munich, with only the barrier in the way of the midfielder moving to Germany being an agreement of a transfer fee, which could be 12.5 million euros or more.

Rumor Rating: 5 - Not a done deal yet, but Bayern should have no problem paying the fee, which could actually be lessened if Milan target Willy Sagnol is thrown into the deal.

Fabiano, eh? He's a quality player, but I'm not sure he'd be as effective coming off the bench, as the 3rd option up-front.

Oh and if City can get Dos Santos, and he drops the ego, which you would think would happen, that could be a very promising signing.

By the way, it's sort of plausable because QPR's owner is friends with Madrid's backroom and has many many moneys, so he can afford any ridiculous wages Zidane would demand.

Chelsea have completed the signing of Jose Bosingwa from Porto.

The Blues agreed a £16.2million fee with Porto for the right-back over the weekend and the player arrived in England for talks and a medical on Monday.

The Portuguese international has swiftly agreed personal terms and passed a medical to seal his switch to Stamford Bridge.

Bosingwa is highly-rated after impressing for Porto and Portugal in recent seasons and he attracted interest from Manchester United and Aston Villa

However, Chelsea have moved to lure him to West London as they see Bosingwa as the solution to their problematic right-back spot with Michael Essien being forced to play there in recent weeks.

Dream move
Bosingwa admitted it was a dream of his to play in England and he is believes he can become a better player at Chelsea.

"I have friends who are at Chelsea and it's a club I feel I can improve at and grow as a player," Bosingwa told Chelsea TV.

"I've always had a dream to play in England - I always watched the Premier

League as a child, I love the English game and now I'm here I'm going to work to do my best.

"I played for a big team in Porto and now I'm going to play for a bigger team in Chelsea. My aim is to win titles."

Bosingwa's arrival raises doubts about the long-term future of Juliano Belletti who has been frozen out Avram Grant's plans in the last few months of the season.

The 25-year-old becomes Chelsea's first new signing of the summer and he is unlikely to be the last as the Blues look to build a squad capable of wrestling the Premier League crown away from Manchester United next term.

So why did he sign for Chelsea?
