I did find it funny how the Sun was reported that Wenger was leading the chase for Arshavin, yet the Daily Mirror was reporting that Arshavin was on his way to Chelsea to sign his deal.

Good stuff British media. Good stuff.

I thought Arshavin had practically signed for Barcelona

. I am sure he will in the end.

Just out of interest. Is there a certain day teams had to wait until for the transfer window to open or for the transfers to come through because i thought the Jo and Dani Alves deals had been done but they were only completed yesterday?

Arshavin's going to Barca, can't see him ending up anywhere else. And yes he's been overrated, but he should never be put in the same sentence as Sidwell again, joking or not.

And that Arsenal kit is horrible, it's at the same level as Portsmouth's kits.

Everyone's gone classical. Arsenal's home and away shirts look like their old Dreamcast ones and one of the ones they won the Old Division one in, and we have an 80's classic away kit, and Reina has a keeper's kit just like Brucie's.
