Re: 2008 NBA Playoffs Discussion Thread
Jazz just took Game 4 tonight in Utah, so Houston now face elimination and T-Mac is still yet to get past the first round in his career. Rockets got unlucky in the last seconds when they fouled Williams, who missed both free throws, and were unable to get the rebound to remain trailing by two, with Okur finishing the game up.

Hawks beating on the Celtics like that was pretty surprising. Not to say it was luck, but it was definitely a spur of the moment thing for the Hawks.

Re: 2008 NBA Playoffs Discussion Thread
Well I was about 10000000% right about the Nuggets. Lots of talent, no chemistry whatsoever. Theyre the closest you get to an AND1 team in the NBA.
Karl doesnt even care either. I think hes through with coaching anyways. He just wants it over.
LA and Utah will be a fun series, cant wait.
Losing to the Hawks was the best thing that could happen to Boston. Eliminates that aura of invincibility and complacency. Boston just steamrolled through the regular season and everyone was expecting the same in this series. Now they can get serious and finish this in 5.

They will finish this in 5. In a way, it was good that the Hawks beat them. Plus, the Hawks pissed them off at the end of game with the shit that they did. Now I don't want to be the Hawks.

Too bad for the 76ers, they had that game tonight but dropped it to the Piston's vets. 2-2 now, wouldn't be surprised if Detroit finished this 4-2.
Good game going on now between the Hornets and Mavs.
Btw, DELONTE FKN WEST BABY! Gets the game winning shot to put the Cavs up in the series 3-1.

Re: 2008 NBA Playoffs Discussion Thread
Jason Kidd looked pathetic last night and I can see why he wanted to get thrown out of the game. After Dallas gets knocked out Cuban may just fire Johnson because he can't get rid of Kidd and he won't blame himself for making the trade.
And there's something wrong with Gilbert Arenas' leg or knee because he didn't look right yesterday. If I were the Wizards I'd shut him down because even if you come back and win the series with the Cavs odds are that Arenas won't help you in the next round.

Can't blame Kidd for their loss last night though. Dallas just got outplayed and the Hornets forced them into shooting jump shots instead of taking it inside. Howard also had a horrible game since he was so off. The better team won
