And of course the Rays are going to say that they are going to sweep the Yankees, because every team does it. You can't go into a series with the mindset that your are going to lose every game. You have to want to win and the Rays lost this series, but the fact is the Rays are still in first place and the Yankees are 6.5 out of first.

Its a little thing called attitude. They thought that because the yanks were below them, they could easily come into Yankee stadium and take a quick 2 games. When in reality, we own them. I remember a certain fight that happened before the season started. Go ahead, root for the sox. It wont be a big loss so it wont matter to me.

Btw, I'm sorry for being a fan. I'm gonna have to boo every time the Yanks win according to you right? If I defend them, its being cocky.

No shit sherlock. Having a positive attitude is necessary to win, duh. They had too much attitude, like they were invincible. I read it in the newspaper and saw their interviews, they said it as if the Yanks were a below average team.

The Rays are a completely different team when their on the road compared to at home. It's not a big deal to sweep the Rays at Yankee Stadium, especially if it's only a 2 game series.

I love how someone on ESPN said the Yanks are streaking. Really? They've won 4 in a row, and the Sox have actually picked up ½ a game on them over the last six days.

BTW, Yankees fans should have nothing to be cocky about right now.

You can't really say anything about the Red Sox picking up half a game because they played one more game, it doesn't take away from the fact they won 4 in a row.
