Justin Masterson pitched another very solid game for the Sox's. It's going to be hard to send him back down. And Drew keeps on hitting. Another big HR yesterday for Drew.

I knew the loss of Ortiz was overblown. Seeing the Rays get swept in Boston proves they are a fraud. No one in the AL looks really dominant.

The Angels pitching has been dominant but the hitting has been atrocious. Amazingly enough in their 7 game winning streak, they never scored more than 5 runs in any game.

Tribe is foolish if they don't trade CC. Hes not going to re-sign. The Yankees or Dodgers. I think the Phillies would be a great fit but I think they want to save their money to re-sign Utley and Howard to huge deals.

JD Drew is doing better than I expected hitting 3rd for Ortiz. I thought he'd do good for a couple games and then struggle and get bumped down the line up and the Sox would have to put Youk 3rd. I'm glad he's doing good though, it keeps the left, right, left, right match up at the top of the line up.

congrats to Griffey for hitting Home Run number 600!!!! I just wish he had done it in Cincinnati. He hit number 500 in St Louis and number 600 in Miami.

This maybe a late congrats to Griffey, but imagine if he was injury free? No doubt he would have over 700 homers. In a way I feel bad for him, he could have been, well he is one of the best ball players, but he could have been the home run champion. After this season, IDK where he will go from here.
