Jays with another win today to sweep the Royals. Now the West Coast trip. Hopefully AJ can keep it rolling with another quality start in Oakland tomorrow

The AL Central division is my White Sox's division to lose. With the luck our teams in Chicago have, the timely hitting we've been receiving all season is bound to errode and vanish eventually.

Thome is garbage, Konerko is struggling, & we have no leadoff hitter.

As a sox fan, I'm not all that inspired. It's only a matter of time before Contreras has another issue (whether it's the language barrier, his nationality, his family flying overseas), Vazquez gets wild, and Danks/Floyd start to show their youth.

Colon pitched a very good game for the Sox's last night. He went 7 and only gave up one run. Plus, he had very good command of the strike zone. I expect him to eat up innings for the Sox's.

Bartolo Colon pitched great last night for the Red Sox but what happened to Pap in the 9th? An error leading to a run and then a pass ball, good thing they had a 4 run cushion.

I didn't get a chance to see the end of the game. I am not worry about Pap. He will be fine.

I don't expect him to have 1 run games like that every game he pitches. But if he can get you 6-7 innings and at least give up 2-3 runs, it's a huge pickup for the Sox's. Basically, it will be a steal for the Sox's.

The Reds finally smartened up and called up Jay Bruce today. Takes over Centerfield and is playing tonight. 0-0 with a walk so far.
