Jays get the win tonight in New York. Burnett looked great (aside from the A-Rod homer) and walks away with the win. Bullpen looked good to, especially Acardo after allowing the first two runners to get on.

Rios and Wells both get on the board and V-Dub looks to be healthy after hitting his first homer of the season =)

tomorrow is supposed to be McGowen/Hughes, but McGowen has the flu apparently. If he can't go, Marcum will start for the Jays.

That 9th inning sucked. You had the two people get on base, Arod almost blast one, Giambi almost blast one, and Cano pop up on the first pitch.

Jon Lester pitched a pretty good game for the Red Sox's yesterday. He pitched almost 7 innings and gave up no runs. That's the type of pitching that they need from Lester this season. Go at least 7 innings and give up at least 3 runs. He is going to be a solid #3 starter for the Sox's.

Manny always gets off to a slow start in April. I'm not worried about him. I was a little worried about Big Papi until he blasted one in yesterday's game.

Based on your usertitle, I'd like to let everyone know that the Mets had one of the biggest collapses in history and they didn't make the playoffs last year.

Also, everyone knows the Cubs haven't won a WS in 100 years so that isn't new info.

What i love about that collapse is all the Mets fans who gave me shit about the Yankees disappeared.

Phil starts today. Im more excited for this than i was opening day.
