I love how i was out to the movies last night and the Yankees decide to hit 4 home runs making my MLB text alerts go off a bunch of times. I was more concerned about the game after that.

Great come from behind win by the Sox last night. Julian Tavarez deserves a lot of credit for keeping them in the game. I love what one announcer said:

Announcer: I don't know if I go for the steal here with Ellsbury(pinch running for Ortiz), anywhere Manny hits it around the wall, off the wall, is going to be a run...

*Manny hits a high fly ball to left*

Announcer: Or over the wall!

^^Manny will get something a bit better than Andruw Jones in terms of years. I wouldnt give him more than 5 years because of his age.

With a big year he can definitely get at least 15 mil per for 3-4 years. If andruw could get 18 mil per after the terrible year he had then Manny should have no problem getting something in that neighborhood with the advantage of staying in the AL so he can DH and of course having a much better track record as a hitter

Shawn Marcum pitched another great game. Glad Toronto got back on the winning pace hammering Baltimore 11-3. Sweep Texas again and lets get a good winning streak going
