Re: 08 MLB season discussion thread
Cardinals won again last night improving to 7-2. I think Pujols could end up carrying that team to the playoffs and land himself an MVP award.

Hes such a headcase. He reminds me of Charlie Sheen in Major League.
Except the fact that he can't pitch with or without glasses.
Isn't there a surgery that Albert needs? I heard it could keep him out all season but he decided against it.

I've never liked our relievers tbh. I'm don't see BJ Ryan being as good as he used to be either. Halladay, and McGowan are awesome. Burnett is on the decline imo, but he can still have some nice games, which is good. Litsch, and Marcum need more time to become better, but yeah, we do have a nice rotation.

Re: 08 MLB season discussion thread
Jays blow another good start from Marcum and lose in extras. Pitching wasnt the problem tonight, the bats just fell short. Multiple chances in extra innings to score teh winning run and left runners on third every time.

The Tigers are now the funniest thing on TV! How could so many "great" players be so bad! These guys are supposed to be pros yet Brandon Inge can't play center field, the easiest position to play!

Yep. I was at the game. My bud got free tickets.
The Jays should be happy that this series is over...... they had no luck what so ever vs the A's.
I mean... when they finally score a run in extras it didn't matter because they needed 2 and not 1.
I I I.

Oakland has always for some reason been better than Toronto Like on paper Toronto has the better line-up yet they always lose
