Taking defense and base running into account, if Jason Bay can maintain the same level of production he had in Pittsburgh, this is actually an upgrade for Boston. We'll see.

^ I agree. looks like manny quit for the season and Bay could be productive for them if he holds up to his past stats. Manny did put up numbers, a lot of people just put up with the every now and then nonsense. looks like they didn't want that big salary for next two years though.

I wouldn't expect the Angels to sit Rodriguez until after or if he hits the record for saves. Which looks very possible. I'd say the Angels are a lock for the ALCS. I'm actually surpirsed the Mets have done so well as of late. They got talent, but i'm expecting a losing streak coming up.

Probably. But if Manny plays like I think he will, the media will make you think that the BoSox got ripped off.

Poor Pittsburg Pirates. Without Jason Bay to kill Cubs pitching they might as well forfeit all remaining games against the Us.

How many people still think the Angels aren't best team in AL as well.

Na that sounds like the crazy testimony of old Red Harens. Bay and his .215 ba w risp is a huge downgrade for the Red Sox - but don't take it from me, any professional baseball analyst can tell you that.

The Angels dropped 12 runs on Andy Petite & the Yankees & it will be Santana vs Ponson tommorow so there s another victory for the Halos.
