Where did Bottas come from? He's solid, he'll be near the top come the end if the season.

Re: Formula 1 2014

Deserved win for Hamilton. Had Rosberg et al. very much in his back pocket. Don't think Nico will be all too happy seeing as he seemed to not get the pace the car warranted imo. Vettel did well, Alonso too. Hulk had yet another great performance. Button did a hell of a job too to keep Massa behind. Poor Felipe got a touch of deja vu with the team orders there but decided against it this time (this might get a bit interesting ). Magnussen's recovery drive was good for 9th which I imagine would have been the maximum he could have got and Kvyat again getting a point. He's looking like a good choice for Toro Rosso. Shame for Raikkonen and Ricciardo.

Re: Formula 1 2014

I feel for Massa, but I still couldn’t help laughing when “Valterri is faster than you…” happened.

Not the best outing for McLaren after such a strong season opener. Oh well. I’m not convinced that trading Red Bull domination for merc domination is all things awesome but I’ll take it. It’s a win for Lewis and that always sits well with me. Besides, it’s beginning to look like RB may turn out to be the biggest challengers until someone else consistently pulls away from the clump in the midfield.

And Rosberg talking up Petronas to the crowd was some Cena level pandering.

All hail the magic rat in her homemade cloak of badassery

I actually hate Mercedes. I actually hate red bull and now I actually hate Williams. How dare they tell Massa to pull aside, Bottas has not been in f1 to get that kind of number1 treatment. Fuck them all.

After the viewing of these first to races and the phrase "bank up fuel" I really don't care for F1 anymore. It's just bull tyres, fuel etc. If it wasn't for Alonso I wouldn't be watching this shit anymore. I hope at the end of the season he walks away from this focuses on his cycling team or joins some other type of motorsport and leaves an f1 burial speech on par with something HHH would say about all the drivers been shit and not up to standard and how he looks the cream of the crop even when he's driving a mobile shithouse

Re: Formula 1 2014

These political 'move over' things are getting stupid in f1. Massa has been shit on for years you have to give the guy credit for sticking around. Im finishing watching the highlights now and Bottas is not near enough to pass him anyway.

I thought all these changes over the years were supposed to make all racers really competitive. All I'm seeing these days are 1st place domination and the only good racing is down in the middle of the field.

Happy for Hamilton though.

Re: Formula 1 2014

Eh, I thought Williams were right to make the call.

They could have done a much better job of it though. Saying pretty much verbatim what Ferrari said was only going to result in one outcome.

I remember him getting a lot of build up when he joined Williams. Probably not the next Hakkinen or Raikkonen but still up there.

Re: Formula 1 2014

Hope this seasons doesn't turn out to be a Merc domination.

Can't ferrari for once make a fucking fast car. Sad to see the shitty Webber luck has rubbed off on Dan.
