Sir Alex Ferguson sent me an email on my 4th birthday telling me that from then on I was a Manchester United fan. And so it was done.

It's similar in a sense to a ton of people really getting into basketball during the 90s because of the great Jordan-Pippan Bulls teams. There was just something about them that made you fall in love with what they were doing. Around 1998/99 the Arsenal squad had a few of the players from that French national side, so I was always into watching them. I preferred the English Premier League, anyway. I found myself watching them more than any other team and hoping they'd do well, etc. Then they signed Thierry The GOAT Henry, who was my favourite player at the time.

After that it was like...IDK, it's not really a conscious decision. When you truly become a die hard fan of a club/franchise, you don't really sit there one day and say, "alright, I'm gonna support THIS team." It just happens. Sometimes it takes one moment to make it all click - the signing of Henry was that moment for me - and from that point forward you couldn't look back even if you tried. It went from watching them on TV, to travelling down to London (or wherever else for away games), and now every Arsenal game is torture, but it's the best kind of torture. You live and breathe every loss, but you live and breathe every win, and you wouldn't have it any other way.

Two paragraphs when all you needed to say was shit attracts shit and be done with it.

Thierry Henry was nothing but a CHEAT, btw. Cheated an honest, hard working country like Ireland, cheated on his girlfriend and cheated death when Wrestleing Forum's very own Irish Jet tried to shoot him.

You should look up to someone such as DIDIER DROGBA. There is a true man we can be proud of. Never once in his life cheated, dived or anything like that . Loved the big occasions. Was just pure GOAT through and through. HE STOPPED A WAR TOO. A WAR. And built hospitals for his country. All this while scoring against Arsenal all the time and winning every trophy available to him. My Lord what a hero. Second only to TOTTI.

The true story on how I supported Chelsea was pretty much fate. So it's primary school and it's playtime (fuck I loved playtime) and I'm outside with my friends. So my friend just started chanting "Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea". So for some reason I joined in. Didn't know it was a football team, didn't know what the fuck it was. I just started chanting it because I was like 6 and thought it was cool I guess. So later I find out it's a football team. I go home and I say, "Dad I support Chelsea, who do you support?". My dad supports Chelsea. His brothers and sister support Chelsea. So it's in the family and I didn't even know, but yet that day, it was Chelsea that kid happened to be chanting. Fate, baby. Fate.

I thank the good Lord above that he wasn't chanting Arsenal. I would have brought GREAT SHAME upon my whole family. haribo, don't even try to make any smart ass jokes. Don't do it.

My dad forced me to a Sunderland game at gunpoint. He still does even to this day.

Manchester United - Born and raised into it

Seattle Seahawks - Watched them and liked them, considering I was only getting into American football I chose them.

Chicago Bulls - Because I decided to get into basketball properly in 2010, since in 2011 I was going to Atlanta to watch the shittest WrestleMania in recent times and had tickets to watch Celtics @ Hawks. So I'm just trying to get clued up on the players since I hadn't watched in a long time and I started to watch Bulls and I see this point guard who is just doing these ridiculous drives and lay ups. From there I wanted to watch Bulls all the time and grew to love the rest of those players and grew to get fed up with the same player who made me suport the Bulls.

So I decided since I like Chicago Bulls, I'll support the rest of Chicago teams should I ever get invested in the other sports. So been watching quite a bit of NFL this year. Not completely clued up on it all yet, but really enjoy it. Obviously I root for the Bears. And I'm sad they're not going to the Play Offs

La Lakers -- I heard Kobe was Batman and prevented several attempted rapings of white women by Chelsea players such as John Terry and Fat Lampard. I also started to become a fan of them (as opposed to just a basketball fan) around the time they had Kwame Brown, so I'll accept no "glory hunting" bullshit from any of you, especially not Chelski fans. I was a big Dwyane Wade fan coming out of MarQuette as well, so I kind of became a fan of the Heat based on that (same deal with Kemba Walker going to Charlotte, I guess). Then came The Decision and it made me feel dirty after that.

Liverpool FC- I was addicted to cocaine at the time and saw Robbie Fowler sniffing the goal line after a goal. We bonded through the television. Now LFC are my drug.

Chicago Bulls- I was only a casual fan of the NBA and mostly watched Heat games because Lebron is a shareholder in LFC or something. Then I wanted to choose one team and I admired the Bulls' heart. So I chose them.

Munster- I'm from there.

Chelsea - Caught a Chelsea/Newcastle EPL game in December 2004 at the Bridge on TV. Ended 4 - 0 to Chelsea. Instantly became a fan. I was 12 at the time.

People saying anything other than Jordan for Chicago are lying.....at least I took the Cubs/Bears along with the bandwagoning of Jordan. Stick to one location(within reason) innit.
