There is a poll on WWE.com that says Can Big Show stop the Shield? Is this the way that WWE is going to make Big Show a face now by stopping the Shield??:show

He only hit Roman because someone bumped into him and he flailed and punched the nearest guy. But he also chokeslammed Orton and took a Brogue Kick from Sheamus. So he many not be turning face yet.

I don't want The Big Show anywhere near The Shield. Remember what he did to The Corre at Mania? he squashed them under 30 seconds. Barrett and his stable members never recovered from that.

Big Show has a pretty big reputation for killing momentum of wrestlers.

Unfortunately that looks like that might be where they're headed. They've had all different variations of super face teams try to beat them and failed, I suppose it's time to turn a heel to join them now. It's a pity though, as the poster above me said, The Big Show really doesn't do anyone any good, especially a team or a group. When they lose (because it's likely they will lose at Wrestlemania) it won't look as good as another team without Big Show because the loss with him on the team just feels pretty much inevitable.

don't think it signals a face turn, big show is just a no nonsense heel, he'll knock anyone out he pleases

Remember what he did to Rhodes at mania? He hasn't recovered either.

Big Show was just looking out for himself. He saw The Shield as a threat so stood his ground. If he was protecting Sheamus and Orton, then it would be a face turn.

Their going for the dysfunctional team to take on the Shield. I'm sure the idea will be that the fans won't be able to trust the Big Show but in the end it will be Orton who turns on his team mates at Wrestlemania.
