Probably not. It's only a feeder show to RAW in their eyes. Shame too because Smackdown's typically a better show than RAW.

The knowing Punk personally thread, while turning into a joke thread, had a lot of great stories in it, here are some of my Punk stories that didn't make the cut:

1) He's my postman
2) I'm the caretaker for his swimming pool when he's on the road
3) He lives in my basement
4) I taught him everything he knows about wrestling
5) He was in my high school math class but he got kicked out for cheating off me.

Moral of the story: Everyone needs to laugh every once in a while.

Smackdown has been better than RAW lately, but yeah, they see the show as a B type and they don't care to make it seem important which is a shame.
Smackdown's main eventers shouldn't wrestle 5 minutes at Raw as filler.

The way I see it Smackdown is for the kids and Raw is for the adults.

I dont like Smackdown recappign what happened on Raw.

I think Lesnar and The Rock should switch to Smackdown, afterall the rock calls it his show.

A roster with the likes of The Rock, Lesnar, Sheamus, Big Show, ADR, Orton, Ziggler and Barrett etc will strengthen it and Raw can have Cena, CM Punk, Ryback, Kane, Bryan, Sandow, Jericho and Cesaro. Keeps the brands split, if not unify the feckin titles. They need a balance, because RAW always gets the Smakdown superstars but Smackdown rarely sees the RAW superstars.

I think one of the problems with Smackdown is that it's just the same as Raw it doesn't have anything unique, for eg. it used to have the Cruiserweight title now it has nothing.

Smackdown is god awful now. Why would anyone want to stay in a Friday night to what this? I would love it if they change it up and move it back to Thursdays.

The only way SD and Raw should be different is which titles are defended, and #1 contenders matched for them. Every star and storyline, for each title, should be on both shows. Not having Undertaker/Batista/Angle/Lesnar/Guerrero/Benoit/Edge/Mysterio on Monday Night Raw is just not trying to entertain ppl.

They wouldn't be able to do that - as it would cost them too much for the production trucks to be out longer than just the back to back Monday/Tuesday taping days they currently have (unless of course they taped RAW on Fridays then, but we all know they won't do that). If SMACKDOWN were to go live permanently it would be on Tuesdays. I'd support that as it would get rid of the spoilers for the show, and they could more easily have storylines that started on RAW spill over to SMACKDOWN...
