Re: Antonio Cesaro discussion thread
I get the same feeling from Cesaro that I did when Cody first got his IC championship, this could be big for the mid-card. It has been really the perenial struggle for the WWE to attempt to make fans care about the mid card, because currently they are only selling us on gimmick matches (Rocky v Whoever, and Undertaker v whoever) and attempting to shove the WWE championship down our throat. Cesaro is a guy who can give us a meaningful mid-card
That being said, it is important that you be able to transition him into not a single but multiple feuds. I think he needs a really good and re-occurring opponent (who isn't R-Truth) and get over on beating someone the fans can like - then move onto a second feud. It gives him more credibility. The more credible he is, the better he is at making the mid-card exciting.
Also, CLEAN WINS! Nothing is better then a bad guy who can beat people by being better than them, rather than always having to use cheating. How many strong champions have we had versus coward champions for heels in the last little while? Make Cesaro a credible heel that can win clean in the mid card, and then bring people against him in month long programs or more. Give us people that he can preform with and give us a great technical match, as well as contrasting styles so we can see the "unorthodox high flyer versus the traditional wrestler".
We doesn't need to be WHC, he doesn't need a mammoth title run. He needs a good opponent who he can work with so that both shine, and maybe give us non-title feuds that are worth watching as well.
Also, don't let Kofi Kingston within 100 feet of Cesaro. Kofi kills mid card potential and can just go away forever to Saturday Morning Slam.

Would be nice for WWE to give Swagger a good title chase, or whoever, maybe the USA guy or whatever. It worked for Kaitlyn, Punk, Orton, and many others. It's also a good way of getting the heel over.

I'd like him to keep his title until Mania. After that he needs to be around the WHC. ADR/Cesaro sounds good to me

Re: Antonio Cesaro discussion thread
I like Antonio Cesaro, I really do. I'll be the first one to admit I was skeptical of him at first when he debuted, but he's had an overall impressive United States Championship run and I'd definitely buy him as a World Championship contender, especially since he's been displaying plenty of top heel potential. Would love to see him elevated to the main event scene one day. Been enjoying his matches week after week as he's a tremendous ring-worker with strong performances. His mic-skills need a little improving but aside from that, I'd consider him as a total package.

No to this. They need to give it to others first, people who have paid their dues or who were in line to get it anyways. Cesaro is fantastic right now with his US title gimmick and it might hurt him to take that away so quickly.
I'm loving Cesaro, both in the ring and on the mic. He does a great match every single time; different things, not just a routine show.
anyone who can make a Khali match interesting and something to look forward to, that man is a GOAT.

Retard alert. Cesaro has been getting good reaction whether it be praise or his cheapish heat.

Re: Antonio Cesaro discussion thread
Cesaro is a beast, is the king of the 4 minute tv match and his I am superior gimmick is catching on very well. I really want the All American American to return beat him for the belt putting Swagger over big as a face and Cesaro moves into the main event scene on SD. Cesaro would be great against the top guys like he has already proved in his matches with Sheamus. Then later in the year he can have constant high profile feuds. The guy is on a roll and Vibce should take advantage of this

I would love to see Cesaro hit the neutralizer on Ryback. Also, is it possible he could get Big Show into that move?

Cesaro's wins have mainly been clean since he split with Aksana.
