WWEs deal with SyFy is likely done around September, so it obviously means 3 options for them:
1.Stay on SyFy
2.Move to WWE Network(Something as real as lochness monster)
3.Move networks


If that's the case, what do you want to see happen to Smackdown? More specifically, its timeslot. You want it live, or taped, and which day would you want it?


I'd prefer it on Thursday from 9-11pm LIVE(too much big name shows on Thursday at 8pm). If anyone is confused by the poll....EST means Eastern Standard Time(aka the time that it is in cities like Toronto,New York,Boston ect.) which is 3 hours ahead of cities like LA, and I believe 5-6 hours behind England?

And don't know what other networks WWE could move to. SD on SyFy only happened cause of ECW didn't it? WWE Network we never know if it'll happen. I was hoping SD moved to FX, but with UFC on there now, I doubt they'd wanna have WWE as well.

I could see "E!" possibly getting Smackdown or better yet...NBC Sports Network(used to be called Versus). Both channels owned by NBC(company that owns USA Network,the channel RAW airs on). Either channel, live or not, would get more viewers for Smackdown than SyFy.

Whenever it will be on I hope it will be live, it really makes no difference for me cause I live in Australia so I can see it earlier than the US on fridays of I want (I barely watch SD). Making it live would be the best choice, the fake crowd chants and recaps and constant advertisements just turn me off the show.

The knowing Punk personally thread, while turning into a joke thread, had a lot of great stories in it, here are some of my Punk stories that didn't make the cut:

1) He's my postman
2) I'm the caretaker for his swimming pool when he's on the road
3) He lives in my basement
4) I taught him everything he knows about wrestling
5) He was in my high school math class but he got kicked out for cheating off me.

Moral of the story: Everyone needs to laugh every once in a while.

Nothing is on Tuesday for me so I picked Live on Tuesday 8-10 pm. If I had to choose between Impact or Smackdown, I'm watching Impact on Thursday.

WWE has stated before that if it goes live, it'd have to be on Tuesdays.

If Smackdown stays on Syfy, it'll remain a taped show on Fridays. Syfy wants to keep Tuesdays open for their own shows and not Smackdown. If it goes on another network, there is a chance that it could go live on Tuesdays and that would be the option that I'd favor. Being a taped show causes laziness in booking and viewership, which both greatly impacts the show that is produced weekly.

What are peoples reasoning for 8-10pm timeslot(regardless the day)? Based on raw ratings, seemed like more people watched from 9-11EST than 8-10EST
