That only matters if you think it does, which, seeing as it does for you is your loss. You're right if you mean that his appearance means Vince won't look at him for that kind of push, but it's not like Sheamus and Orton - guys that did have the 'look' - did that great in the position.

No it matters. With how good of a wrestler Bryan is, and how over he is, it makes you think how more successful he could be if he was, say, 6 inches taller. Guys like Ziggler would be to, Ziggler even admitted in a interview that if he was a few inches taller he probably be a multi-time World Champion by now. Having ''the look'' is an important factor in the WWE, sadly. Orton is a 9 time World Champion, Royal Rumble winner, had WrestleMania main-events, Sheamus is 3 time World Champion, Royal Rumble winner, they're both much more successful in the WWE then Bryan so I don't know what you're getting at.

I concede the fact that it's a significant factor in having backstage look at you, but in terms of us, the fans, you're a little pathetic if you refuse to get behind someone that isn't 6'5" or over. And it hasn't mattered much with with Bryan, he's managed to build a solid fanbase regardless. I'd like to think that the bottom line is what we think, but you could blow the roof off of MSG and you'll never get a push if Vince doesn't see a star in you.

I think DBD could carry SD if given the opportunity. Obviously he's an incredible wrestler and a good talker but if he's going to be pushed hard again his gimmick needs to be tweaked a little. Your top dog can't be a face that runs around thinking he's a heel because that's impossible to take seriously. If he's going to stick with the yes/no thing (and he should because it's still over) they need to fine tune it so it doesn't come off as obnoxious.

I agree with that. As a fan, I don't care about the size of wrestlers (heck most of my favorites aren't the biggest of guys) but I do realize the importance of size in the wrestling industry - and the vibes I was getting from your post is that it wasn't important. It may not be important to you, or I, as fans, but the reality is - it's important factor for WWE.

He's over as a comedy figure, there is a difference. It's kinda funny, other guys get over as a comedy guy and they get trashed, but Daniel Bryan gets over as a comedy guy and people think it means he should be the WWE/WHC champion...

No! Being top guy on Smackdown is the same level as being in the mid-card on Raw. And I wouldn't be happy if Bryan was stuck on the Raw mid-card, so I wont be happy with him being at the top on Smackdown. He's been there and done that already when he was WHC feuding with Big Show.

That's Daniel Bryan fans for ya...
I laugh at the people who want Bryan as World Champion now, despite the fact his character and booking are a complete joke.

Completely agree. I'm not saying I dislike the guy, but as his character is right now, he's just there for comedy and to make others look good.
