It would be pretty cool if he cashed in at WrestleMania. That would be a first for WWE. He should of cashed in at TLC, held it until Mania and dropped it to Ryback. Now I can't see him cashing in until post Mania, and if Ryback wins the WHC at Mania, I can't see him dropping it for a while, so the subject of when will Ziggler cash in is pretty hard to predict at this point. At Elimination Chamber maybe? But then he would only hold it a few weeks until Mania...

Almost every person who has won Money In The Bank has cashed in within a few months with probably Edge holding on to it longest when he won the original one so i'd like to see Dolph Ziggler hold on to it and cash it in at Extreme Rules after whoever is World champion has just been through a hard gimmick match. On the SmackDown side i'm expecting Sheamus/Orton and Jericho/Ziggler to be the two big feuds heading into WrestleMania 29 so i'd have both feuds continue through to Extreme Rules with Sheamus beating Randy Orton both times and Dolph Ziggler beating Chris Jericho both times before Dolph Ziggler cashes in on Sheamus later that same night.

Post Wrestlemania. The only other thing I can think of is if he randomly inserted himself into the WHC scene on the RTWM and it became a triple threat with, I guess, Show and Sheam. But that's a bit out of left field. And Wrestlemania triple threats aren't usually all that for a variety of reasons, WMXX excepting.

I'm starting to wonder if he has a match that eventually sets up that the briefcase becomes eligible to be cashed in on any championship. The World Championship picture looks jam packed with Orton, Sheamus, Show, Ryback, etc. for the next few months, whereas the WWE Championship picture, after WrestleMania, only looks like it'll be featuring Cena and Punk again.
If that doesn't happen though, I'm still thinking a WrestleMania cash in. I think Ryback is going to go through Show at WrestleMania before getting the World Heavyweight Championship, to be honest. I could see Ziggler cashing in on a heel Orton to win the World Championship.

Maybe. Though I could see Cena hold the title after WrestleMania for a fair amount of time, considering he hasn't held the title since mid 2011. So if that's the case, I think I couldn't see him losing it for a while (and this is all assuming Ziggler could cash in for the WWE Title). Thinking about that though, they could renew the Cena/Ziggler rivalry post Mania if they had Ziggler cash-in on him. Would be cool.
I see Ryback as a lock to win the Rumble, so I doubt it's going to be anything else but Ryback/Show for the title at Mania, despite some dirt-sheet reports claiming that they want Sheamus/Orton for the title.

I think he will be cashing it in before or at the Rumble.
Ziggler's very hot at the moment after two big PPV wins, the angle with AJ and him leading whatever stable AJ is building. Perfect time to cash in the MITB on Show probably after a match with Sheamus.
There's not much mileage in face fueds with Big Show over the WHC IMO.

At the Royal Rumble. Ziggler's hot right now, hopefully the WWE capitalizes on this.

The knowing Punk personally thread, while turning into a joke thread, had a lot of great stories in it, here are some of my Punk stories that didn't make the cut:

It's gotten to the point where I'm just torturing myself by expecting it every Monday night. I'm starting to think he's gonna have a piss poor "Edge reign" and get hammered by Ryback in his first defense.
