Miz is going to be a good face, he just turned so he's in that awkward space of people still wanting to boo him. This time next year he will probably be carrying the WHC.

If Miz can get over as a face, then I don't see why not. The WHC is not above Miz at all. If he could be WWE Champion then he can sure as hell be the World Heavyweight Champ. He had a solid world title reign before, he can easily do it again. I want to see more improvement in the ring though. He's fine in any other category.

At the moment, NO. Should keep going with his talk show segment. Do that for 6 months, get insulted himself or insult others, build himself up on his own, then i'll see if I want to change my opinion. I like his talk show, though it can be cheesy at times.
Eventually? Yes. Right now? Hell no. There are several people who deserve to be given the belt over Miz. Most notably, Damien Sandow, Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler.
Especially Sandow though, holy fuck is that man talented. I hope his seemingly upcoming feud with The Miz is a way to put him over big time. I somewhat doubt that though.
