The original idea was that Daniel Bryan wouldbe the face of SmackDown in 2013 and receive a "great" push, but according to a source close to the company, in the most recent meeting between officials of the WWE and Vince McMahon, he would no longer be the face of the blue mark next year.

Apparently most of the officers of the company and Vince McMahon would agree to move Ryback to SmackDown next year, and this would be to put him as the face of the blue mark.

After this possible change, Ryback could maybe win the 30-man battle royal in WWE PPV Royal Rumble 2013 and will fight for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 29 probably against Big Show or Mark Henry.

Bryan should be the face of RAW next year after Mania, not Smackdown. He was the face of Smackdown last year leading into Mania and proved he could handle it. Smackdown should be left for the people that have something to prove, Bryan is above it.
