I think they need to wait until after Mania to do it. There is just too much going on already to fit a major heel turn in, IMO. Maybe do a slow turn after mania.

But seriously would think will be orton teams with sheamus straight after the rumble on next raw. Then after match he gets attacked by shield or show....but after orton has cleared the ring he turns and punts sheamus

And Randy will get cheered on Raw and will get piped boos on Smackdown.
Randy Orton is the most over wrestler with the casuals.He should become a bad-ass like Austin and feud with both faces and heels.

Last Raw would of been the perfect time during that Shield attack. He could've still fended off The Shield,but Ryback could of gone after them leaving just Sheamus and Orton in the ring. Sheamus goes to shake his hand and then out of nowhere Orton RKOS him and then rolls out the ring.Then on the upcoming Smackdown he could've been all like how he didn't help fend off the shield to help anyone else, he did it to look out for himself and get payback and from now on himself is all hes concerned about etc,could've led to an interesting Heel Orton/Sheamus fued that would've climaxed at WM29.

I think it should involve The Shield and maybe either Ryback, Sheamus or both.
Maybe have Orton, Ryback and Sheamus in the ring and The Shield comes in. They only attack Ryback and Sheamus, but not Orton.
Then Orton can jump in or something. Or just run away and not help.
