All WWE have to do is book Randy Orton exactly the same as they did in between mid 2008 and latter 2009 and he'll be a success as that was the hottest he had ever been and was arguably the hottest star in the business at that point in time. I would be all for Raw to have John Cena as the top babyface with Bryan Danielson as the main back up and then CM Punk and Randy Orton as the top heels and have Raw revolve around those four in the same way it did with Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, The Undertaker, Mick Foley and Triple H years ago and then just throw The Rock, Brock Lesnar and Triple H in when needed or around.
