Now in wwe "face" is such a surplus things.
I can't imagine Dolph in face. I can only imagine him in term of a normal arrogance guy gimmick that we just give it the name "The Show off" gimmick.

Like I've said before, Orton WILL NOT be turning heel. He is one of the biggest stars in the WWE and they need him as a face for the sake of their popularity. If Orton turns heel, there's no big face in Smackdown except for Sheamus, and Sheamus cannot hold Smackdown on his own.

They should try, idk, actually pushing somebody. It's ridiculous that only heels are allowed to move up the ranks while the faces remain stagnant. It does nothing for anyone, and all of the heels are stuck spinnin their wheels until a top face becomes available.

The writers always solve these problems by just putting one of the guys on the other show all of a sudden. Big Show has flip flopped between shows so many times lately it's ridiculous. The split doesn't even exist anymore really.

turn Ziggler from generic cocky heel to generic smiling face. turn Barrett face also, but into a Tyler Durden type character. put a mask on Del Rio and make him something like Sin Cara 2.0 so we don't have to hear him talk.

That hasn't been true at all for recent times, actually. All the focus has been on faces, there has been Ryback and Sheamus and Punk before that. If you're a heel not named Mark Henry, it's pretty much a perpetual state of jobbing out.
