Ya but just knowing that shes right out there while its playing is too much. Whatever we see on tv thats backstage usually the crowds watching it on the titantron too.

They could have easily just placed that segment a match later or before, why have it play while Eve is right out there at ringside?

Maybe she was alredy back stage? you assumed she was but did her segment end then that one start? maybe she alredy got back there, an exsample is JR that fat guy moves preety damn fast form anounc table to backstage before the next segment.

No it didn't show her but i just assumed she was still out there since the crowd was apparently still watching. Thats the thing i know we didn't see her watching it but you gotta think she was still out there. Whenever ever it shows something on the titantron the crowd is seeing it too and it went directly to it while Eve was still out there so i just assumed.

I just assume that the characters out near the titantron don't see the vignettes, because in-world they don't exist. The characters don't ever acknowledge the camera unless they've specifically pointed it out - like when there's an interview segment, or the camera is supposed to be following someone on purpose.

But still that would just look stupid with that playing on the titantron and Eve still out there not acknowledging it at all. I get what you're saying and all but just seeing her out there at least to the crowd they would think its weird she would just ignore that.

To Eve, the skit does not exist. We saw it, because the narrator who tells the story of Smackdown told it to us. Eve, being a character who is not an omniscient narrator, had no knowledge of it. That Eve is at the commentary desk watching it is just an unfortunate moment, not unlike when you catch a glimpse of the theater crew moving bits of the set to arrange for the next act of the play.

In WWE world, nobody rewatches anything that happens.

One notable time that got strange was during the McMahon feuds. They made it seem like the McMahons never even saw/spoke to each other outside of WWE. If something happened on Raw, it'd be as if nothing happened in their lives the next 6 days after Raw.


And the video was likely edited on. WWE did TERRIBLE job on Smackdown at editing things in. Especially Lillians lines at random times. It sounded like she hacked the TV station and started talking for those 5-10 seconds at random times. And during the breast cancer stuff, she was supposedly talking about it(they edited in), then 5 seconds later....."and his opponent"....So they basically made it seem like Lillian introduced someone, then just decided to talk about the breast cancer awareness stuff, before the next star entered.
