Cesaro has had actually a decent reign better than Santino's imo and has actually made the US title some what prestigious again? My question is who would you like to see take on Cesaro for the US championship next?

IMO it should be Christian because it could help Cesaro draw heat against a guy who is over with the crowd.

Cesaro has had an EXCELLENT run so far. Considering what we've seen of him in his matches against Kidd & Gabriel, either of them would be prime prospects. He works really well with high flyers and smaller guys (dat Chikara background!) - and I've always had this little dream of the US belt taking the place of a Cruiserweight or X-Division sort of role anyway. Fast action, exciting.

Since WWE is clearly not in the mood to give the US belt the creedence it does the IC belt, because of its WCW roots, maybe shift it so that it's the way the indie darlings and the guys who are too small for the Main Event get the upward movement?

Have him face a member of that JOB Squad stable. He defeats Jinder Mahal easily but then gets attacked by McIntyre and Slater. The next week he faces McIntyre who he defeats but then gets attacked by the other two, and so on. Have this continue until Cesaro realises he actually needs some assistance. Over to you, Kassius Ohno...

I would do the living room dance of glee if that happened. Probably it won't, because WWE seems to have a bias against pre-established teams since the Dudleys packed the folding tables up and went to TNA. But it would be awesome if it did!

this whole "disgusted about america" gimmick is only going to lead to a match with face Jack Swagger at some point.

Swagger gets mad that an arrogant European is holding the US title, and starts attacking him backstage for being arrogant. It'll lead to a match at RR or something where swagger goes over against Cesaro.

Right now that's the only thing that can resurrect Jack Swagger.
