You're right, it can't be, because his look is horrible and pushing somebody as a 3 time world champion, Royal Rumble winner, KOTR winner, US champion, etc, within only 3 years because of DECENT ring skills makes no sense. If you're gonna get pushed because of your workrate you've got to be a guy like Ziggler, Chris Benoit, Bret Hart, etc. Not fuckin' Sheamus. You'd have to be exceptional to get Vince's attention on that front because he doesn't look for that.
I love how you just assume that politics aren't the MAJOR determining factor in WWE. It absolutely is, everybody who comes out of there says so.

Lol, dude is the perfect size and has the most unique look in the company. Also, being decent in the ring contributes positively to the overall package.

Looking like a corpse with red spiked hair is not a good look. That's not main event, that's the type of guy you throw into comedy skits. There's plenty of people who have the same size as him too.
Being decent is not a good reason to push someone.
Why is it SO hard to accept Triple H politicked for him? I don't get it. You don't even have to think it's wrong, just acknowledge the facts. People just don't get pushed THIS hard naturally, regardless of how good they are, unless they're over to a level that Sheamus couldn't even dream of. Forget it, it doesn't happen. This is booking you give to somebody with the status of The Undertaker, not the secondary champion.

He totally suck. Doesn't even sell merchandise. Nobody cares about him. Once his theme hits, i immediately skip him on my DVR. Don't even watch his matches.

Talking to people who watch wrestling on and off it's usually, "who is this orange ghostly fuck with the championship" and once they listen to him talk it's even worse, he puts on okay matches but fuck that...I see a sign of people progressively booing the shit out of him the more he talks though the more the crowd recognizes how garbage he is.
