Sad to see indeed. Beth is one of the best women's wrestlers WWE have got and probably the best in ring worker the WWE has yet she has been jobbing in recent months. To Layla of all people, don't get me wrong, its nowhere as bad as losing 4 times to Kelly Kelly via a roll up but Layla is hardly over with fans right now. Beth should be a dominate heel and treated better than she has been.

I think the Edge thing might be the reason, but not cos he "left on bad terms" as clearly he is OK with them to be on TV this week.
A big clue was in Edge's HOF speech where he basically called her the love of his life. I can see her wanting to leave to be with her guy. Both have enough money and goodwill with the company to be able to come back occasionally should they choose and kids etc might be on the cards. Let's face it Beth has had her dominant era, and her use ended when Kharma was released. WWE is likely to use Sara Del Ray and Eve as the main divas going forward so good luck to her.

What's left for her to do though. She's been multiple time divas champion and has essentially beaten everyone on the women's roster.
I mean there's not much left for her.

The same can be said for Cena, Triple H etc, except they're not jobbing to the likes of Ryder & Santino are they? Just because she's been the best for a while and been Diva's/Women's Champion multiple times doesn't mean she should be pimped out to tramps on the street.
