Randy Orton is over because he's not the cookie-cutter smiling face: he has an edge, is a true badass(unlike this sad Great White version of Sheamus) and acts like a psycho despite being a face. Also he works very well his matches as a face, being funnier than as a heel. That is supossedly all the IWC wants...
