It's really amazing to hear, especially from the crowd last night when Orton was booked above both heels and still got huge sympathy. Randy Orton is still the most over guy in the business in all the demos since Jeff Hardy left. Orton has that connection with the fanbase and special charisma to carry him with his presence alone, no programs, no titles. It's meaningless compared to what he earned over the years with the audience.

The argument goes - Orton was overpushed for years but still couldn't get over. Yet here we are in 2012 and Orton is fucking over despite being virtually irrelevant for the past year. He helped build Barrett and he lost to Henry and Del Rio CLEANLY. I prefer him as a heel but there's no denying that Orton is a legitimate draw.

Yeah, his pops are consistent as fuck. He has amazing charisma. But in all of WWE? Not sure.

Orton's definitely up there. No denying that.
But I think Daniel Bryan is the most over superstar on the roster.

Agreed,and that's a beautiful thing! It's so rare that a talented wrestler obtains the popularity he deserves. One, two, three years ago I never thought I would see the day where Daniel Bryan got the respect he deserves. |
