I like the idea, but I have yet to see Sin Cara work effectively in a tag match because WWE tends to go to commercial break during his Raw tag-team matches. Therefore, I can't see his offense or any offense that may require his tag partner. He is usually on the receiving end of his opponents offense after commercial break, attempting to tag out over and over because of it, and tends to have no interaction with tag partner (besides finally being able to tag out or tagging in for the finish).
It would be a good addition to the tag team division, but it will not save it as of right now.

This would suck, one is way past his prime and one is over hyped and really sucks in the ring and can't communicate with anyone.

I think Kane and Daniel Bryan would actually bring more attention to the tag-division. Rey and Sin Cara would be good too though. If we got both that would make the tag-division really interesting.

True. But God bless'em they're trying to establish more teams. (They're just doing a shit job of it.) A strongly booked Mysterio/Sin Cara title run could work wonders. It's the best thing for Mysterio because he's in the twilight of his career. It's a smart way to keep him relevant. Sin Cara can mooch off of Mysterio's name and as Rock316AE stated it's a good launching pad for a Wrestlemania program.

EDIT: It's not fair for me to say that Mysterio is in the "twilight of his career". He still has much to offer and could very well go on for several more years.

Well for now it seems, they're involved with Rhodes, and Rey's still having issues with The Miz... so that makes me believe that we're going to have a Fatal 4 Way for the IC Title at Night of Champions; depending on who wins that will decide if this team can actually go ahead or not.
