How could wwe bring masked kane back with his old theme
i think they would have to have him lose an inferno match or get attack backstage and thrown into a car and the heel sets it on fire then at the royal rumble or whatever ppv the heel keeps getting meesages from paul bearer
thinking its the undertaker the gong goes off then the arena goes red and old pyro kane comes out with his mask on maybe new attire not old and just destroy everyone and becomes world champ i know the chance of this happening are smaller than the chances of john cena going backto thug life which was legendary

they wouldnt so i need not worry. TBH masked kane was never what made kane good it was just how the booking went. if they done the same angles with kane now but back then (if that made sense) in sure they would go just as well. sticking the mask on kane isnt like the comic "the mask" he doesnt turn into a red monster that causes problems, he would just be a masked jobber unlike now where he is a unmasked jobber, in both occasions he may get a small winning run or angle with taker like now but we aint gonna see kane of old just because he has a mask and body suit again. If we want an exciting kane just get creative to book him inexciting angles...not angles of pregnancy or kidnap or disturbing infatuation which seem to be common with him.
edit: for topic reasons though they would probably have him burned in an inferno match (unlikely with pg) or more rating wise just beat down with a chair or something and have it seem so bad he has to wear the mask again as he is scared from the attack, this would make him p'd off at wearing it again as they could mention how he never liked it (apparently he struggled to breath with it which is why the mouth got cut away etc) and that would be motivation for the monster push that and the scar

They wouldn't, simple. And Kane is content putting people over, that's why you won't see it again.
The original Kane in 97/98, whenever he was playing that version certainly offers more than Kane throughout this decade, but it's over and done with, and that part of his career has been sealed off forever. I don't know why people just can't let it go that his mask is gone, it's like the screwjob....

Kane use to be great to watch in the ring when he had the mask, he was intimidating and a mystery however the day they had him remove it pretty much ensured we wouldn't see him wearing it again.

I don't want them to bring back the damn mask, because at this point it is useless and would make no sense whatsoeevr for him to have. I don't get why people want it back so badly. Mask =/= Better Wrestling Ablities

I do believe they explained away the scars saying they were "emotional scarring" and that he was convinced since he was a child that his face was mangled or some shit... I kind of liked how they had him unmask and his face was all grimy and shit, but I think the idea of cutting his hair and shaving the goatee was incredibly stupid. Not to mention inconsistent. Undertaker broke Kane's mask off years ago at SummerSlam and how did they hide his face as he ran away to the back? By having his hair hanging down over his face and his hands up in front as well.
