And, just because Undertaker is returning, doesn't mean he will automatically get a title match on his first PPV match. Plus Summerslam is held in LA, homestate of JoMo, so they might want something a little bigger for him. From these spoilers, it certainly hints at JoMo challenging the winner of the world title match at NOC, unless they just have a title match on Smackdown or something...a three way between Jeff/Punk/Morrison at Summerslam would own.
EDIT: ^^Sorry, Japan.
John Morrison was in LA a few weeks back and the crowd did not care. The Undertaker in LA at No Way Out 2007? Outpops Shawn Michaels, John Cena, and Batista and the LA fans turn on Cena/Michaels and turn on Batista too.

I do remember that, but I don't remember them turning on HBK. Of course Cena got boos, it was at the hight of his popularity, and Batista was facing Taker at WM so they were likely to boo him too.
I'm just saying that I personally don't think that they will insert Undertaker back into the main event at Summerslam straight off the bat and with that being said, they're going to need more options. They've been pushing Morrison in a big way, he's getting more of a crowd reaction each week, so it seems quite likely that they could go with him in some kind of title match at Summerslam.

Ziggler pinning Morrison is an even weirder finish if Morrison is going to get the next shot at the World Title after NoC. They may do a three-way or do his match on TV in which case he doesn't necessarily have to be a strong challenger, but if it's a singles match at SummerSlam, they really need to spend the next two months building him up and giving him some momentum so people will believe he has a chance of winning, and be willing to pay for the match. Even if it's some multi-man match, they should build off his momentum from pinning Punk. If Punk turns fully heel like he looks to be doing, they're going to need another top face besides Mysterio, who currently has the mid-card title, Undertaker, who is still on the shelf, and Jeff, who may still be on his way out.

Judging by the spoilers, they're definatly giving him a shot. Wether it be on Smackdown or on PPV. I can imagine them doing a three was at Summerslam. But your right, Ziggler pinning Morrison is strange. But I guess, if Ziggler is challenging at NOC then they need to have him pick up some big wins, and of course, grabbing the tights in a roll up doesn't really do much to hurt Morrsion. I agree, they're very low on babyfaces, so they need to do something and push someone else to the top.
