So...wouldn't this make Kane the number 1 contender for the IC title, since he just pinned the champ clean? I wonder if we'll see Kane/Mysterio at NoC? Doesn't matter though, since Khali will interfere. Not looking forward to Khali/Kane.
You'd think so but if that were true, Morrison should be in contention above Jeff, since Jeff hasn't beaten Punk, and they've had 3 matches, yet Morrison pinned him clean last week.
If I were booking the WWE, I would make it that a win over the champ puts you in contention, but then again, I wouldn't have the champ taking pins to non main eventers on free tv either.
Seems like an okay show. Some things are a little out there like the JoMo/T-Long segment, but I suppose it could be funny.
The main event should be pretty good even with Punk selling the eye injury. After reading the Superstars spoilers I think we get more heel development from Punk on Superstars than we get on Smackdown.
