According to Pwinsider.com, Candice Michelle tried to post a goodbye message on the WWE Universe website. But the blog was removed when her section was deleted from the WWE Website. Here is the message
*Dear WWE Universe,
Today is the first day of my next journey! I am filled with excitement and gratitude that I wanna express! First and foremost I wanna say thank-you to the McMahon family! Thank-you Vince, Linda, and Stephanie! I have had an amazing 5years wrestling for you guys! You have taught me and given me so many incredible memories! My time in the WWE was so heartfelt and an incredible journey that I will never forget. I wanna thank the people who have helped me there to be successful! Thank-You Johnny Laurenitis, Mark Corrono, and the rest of talent relations! You guys are awesome at what you do and I appreciate everything you have done for me! Thanks to the amazing agents Arn, Dean, Ricky, Mike, Fit, Barry, Steve, and Billy. You guys are incredible at what you do and it was so exciting for me to get the oppurtunity to learn from the BEST! Speaking of the best, John Cena was a champ in every sense of the word, inside and outside of the ring! Thank-you John for our great friendship, conversations, and encouragement in the business! I have so many fun filled memories on the road that I will never forget thanks to Victoria, Torrie(vote for her, shes amazing), Carlito, Tommy ( what a Dream), and Mickie ( one half of the nasty girls)! You guys will be my buddies for life and I will never forget you! Thank you to the other amazing superstars and Divas! You guys are simply the best at what you do! You have contributed so much in me becoming a wrestler, thanks to HHH, Big Show, Melina, Mickie, John Cena, Tommy Dreamer, Shawn Michaels, and everyone else who every helped me in the ring(in no particular order)! I am excited that I was the FIRST WWE Diva Search contestant to become the WWE Womans Champion! I know I have paved a way for the woman like me and am so proud of them now! Go get em ladies, your all so talented and beautiful!
A special dedication to all the amazing and wonderful fans who have supported me, made sites for me, were always positive, and mostly just showed your love! I really appreciate you! The WWE is clearly trying to clean up its image thats why no diva posed for playboy this year. Candice was a woman who had a background in softcore porn, bondage and foot fetish videos combined with the fact she could not wrestle to save her life and had injury after injury. Its just a shame she did manage to win the womens title as she was the worst champion since The Kat and Hervina won it. I cant see TNA hiring her and can anyone actually see Candice fighting Awesome Kong? Yeah right, LOL.
Go back to porn Candice its the only skill you have (how her parents must be proud) other divas who need to be fired are, Rosa Mendes, The Bella Twins and Tiffany.
Now if WWE would just unify the Divas title with the Womens title and make its roster look like this:

Yeah that looks pretty good. I don't wanna see that ugly butterfly belt anymore. If they're gonna do a women's division at least get it right and use ONLY the women who can wrestle, as you've just shown in how the Divas on the roster should look like. I know WWE thinks it's OK if a Diva sucks at wrestling, it's her hotness that only matters.....but really, people won't give a damn about that if they must watch a slow, unrealisitc, sloppy, botchfest. There are talented women and all they need to do is make angles which the fans can be interested in. It worked for Lita/Trish all those years and Trish/Mickie.

Haha If WWE IS really into cleaning their name, then I guess the next on the release list is Mickie James... Unless you have forgotten she ALSO has a past with the porn industry.
Maria is now the only remaining Diva who did Playboy, while she was with WWE around Mania time, still on the roster (I know Tiffany and Marsye have done it but that was prior to WWE).
It is believed that Michelle's less than stellar appearance at the television tapings in Los Angeles a few weeks ago ultimately sealed her fate with company officials. She had not been seen since WrestleMania, but when she arrived at the shows in Los Angeles, she didn't look "Diva like," and there were those who felt she was ready to leave the company and move on. As it turns out, WWE beat her to the punch by releasing her a few weeks later.
She told officials she was just about ready to return from her latest injury, but they gave very little leeway because she is a woman and there is a weight issue. The impression on her was always that she wasn't someone with a naturally thin body, and that she had to work very hard to look the way she did, and when you get older, fighting those genetics gets much harder. In a company where the women are primarily there for their looks, some felt she didn't have that look anymore, so they decided to let her go.
