Shelton apparently wore his belt upside down at the Smackdown tapings which meant that his entrance had to be replaced with an entrance from a previous show.

Notice how the pointed end of the belt is facing upward.

He didn't realize that. even if he did he could have simply took the belt of then and there and raised it up as he walked into the ring. If he noticed it before he could have waited a few seconds and let the music play. THen for the taping cut thoose seconds out!
