This has probably been done before but I wasnt around then.
Tough choice but my love for TLC 3 just edges Austin/Benoit as best SD match.
Sorry if i forgot something.

There are a few I really enjoyed, but my favorite is Angle vs. Taker from 2003 for sure.
They hyped the hell out of that match, and I remember being really excited for it. The end result was one excellent match up between two of the best. I was happy they included it on the Taker DVD, because it had become forgotten until then.
Other favorites:
Eddie vs. JBL in a Cage - Loved the feud, and this was a great way to cap it off.
Benoit vs. Steve Austin from 2001
Eddie & Rey had some really great matches on Sd if I recall.
