I swear some of you act like Khali is Colin Deleany, Funaki, or some type of random jobber. Khali is a threat to any world title simply because he is built as a BELIVABLE monster. It's not there to put on 5 star matches, or do fancy moves. I'm not a fan or a hater of Khali, I'm just looking at this logically. I'm not expecting him to win, but he is a threat. What's wrong with him main eventing or having a featured match at Summerslam? nothing. He actually is better in the ring now than he was 2 years ago when they basically couldn't put him on live TV and had to HEAVILY edit his matches. People will complain regardless of who is facing Triple H for the title.

couldnt agree more. I dont understand why Khali is still on the wwe roster let alone competing for the championship in one of the biggest ppv in the wwe. Vince needs to end this obsession he has with big superstars

It truly is amazing how stupid smarks can be, isn't it? I swear I think people sometimes forget that WWE is in the business of making money.

I never said you could, (Which is why I don't disagree with the Khali match) but the fact that they aren't great draws aren't their fault. They've proven they can get great reactions if they're booked correctly.

Yeah exactly, I know there are other options, but it's not going to make or break Summerslam if one guy that not a smark favorite is in a featured match on a major PPV. Khali had a worse opponent at last year's Summerslam and they did fine.

Never said it was their fault. All I said was that they have no track record for being draws while Khali does. They could be draws one day but right now they aren't.

Honestly, the only other option was Show and I doubt WWE wanted to turn him heel now.

Like I said this is SummerSlam. The biggest PPV event of the summer. Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy would have been the right way to go. RAW is bound to have a big main event match, Edge/Taker will draw and if you add Jeff/HHH, WWE will most likely seal and incredible amount of PPV buys. Khali could face HHH in a filler PPV like Cyber Sunday. Don't put Khali against HHH in the biggest party of the summer.
