Jeff Hardy discusses suspension in WWE magazine

The August 2008 issue of WWE Magazine will feature Jeff Hardy on the cover. The cover features Jeff as a covert spy, trying to get his hands on the WWE championship belt. In the magazine, Hardy discuss the fire that claimed his house and his dog as well as his most recent WWE Wellness Policy suspension. I made a mistake, and I paid for it" Hardy said. "I missed Wrestlemania. That was a huge, huge punishment. I was involved in such a big match going in, and I missed it. But, I think the fans respect the fact that I've confessed to what I did wrong. Throughout my suspension, they tested me two or three times each week. No joke. The testing is very thorough, which is good. You literally have to pull your shirt up to your chest, and drop your pants. Then some guy squats next to you, so he can watch you piss."

Interesting stuff, they were testing him throughout his suspension, his attitude seems to be good, he is saying the right things, the final test is to see if he does the right things.
I wouldnt want to be the guy that stands their and watches you piss, or would i want to piss with someone watching me, anyone think Pat Patterson applied for that job, lol.

Re: Jeff Hardy discusses suspension in WWE magazine
I got that magazine earlier this week & its a good read. I think & I hope he learned his lesson. I said it on another thread but hes quoted saying, "Jeff Hardy will not get suspended again." I certainly hope not, he has a bright future & I enjoy his work.

Re: Jeff Hardy discusses suspension in WWE magazine
Defiantly interesting he really can't afford to get busted again as under the WWE's rules that means his contract will be terminated.
While I hope he stays clean and gets back to where he was professionally prior to the suspension, a part of me wants him to get busted again just to see what WWE do. If they actually follow through with firing him and if they do how long (if ever) before they re-hire him.

Re: Jeff Hardy discusses suspension in WWE magazine
Intresting that WWE mangazine actually talks about this. Is also weird that he was tested throughout his suspention and came up clean which would possibly mean that he was busted for painkillers.
Let's hope he stays clean becuase wether you like him or not (I'm not a fan tbh) he is an asset to the WWE though, simply in merchandise sales.

well that was a reason why TNA never fired Jeff despite his no shows at 2 very important PPV's because despite that and the fact that he wasn't on TV for months due to the suspensions he was still the company's top merch seller in his time at TNA.
Now admittedly he didn't have a lot of main stream rivals and now that the likes of Angle, Christian, Booker and the Dudley's are there things might be different but as you said it just shows how much merch the guy moves despite his haters in the IWC

I thought it was a very good interview with Jeff. Might shut a few people up about him actually.
